Thank you all so much for your generous donations so far! We have raised enough to purchase the car! We bought a 68 Camaro off of the pro-touring.com board. Check out the pictures in the gallery!

Here are the list of our needs for the car that we know of right now:

IMMEDIATE NEED: New black interior parts, RS headlight parts, 2nd gen 10-bolt rear axle, spoilers

Engine:
Coil packs, plugs, wires, misc. odds and ends, wiring and computer!

Transmission:
T56 swap crossmember, master cylinder, etc.

Exhaust:
Coated shorty headers, mufflers, exhaust, etc.

Interior:
Interior panels, headliner, all trim pieces and accessories

Exterior:
RS headlight pieces

And other miscellaneous odds and ends that come with a rebuild of a 40 year old car!

Every person who contributes at least $5 will get their name not only on the webpage, but also on two cards that we will be doing with the car. Each card will have the names of the contributors, both individual and businesses, printed on them and then laminated. One card will be presented to Shawn when we give him the car so he knows how much support he has had, and the other car will be sealed under the back seat, so it will forever be a part of the car.

All donations will go towards the purchase and restoration of Shawn's 1968 Camaro. Any money left at the end of the project will be donated to the USO for the continued support and care for our American servicemen and their families. Any parts left over at the end of the project will be auctioned off and all proceeds will go to the USO as well.
